Problem : Incorrect participant status is shown in For Signature tab if one of the participants is the sender in Adobe Acrobat Sign workflow. Views Read Edit View history. Disabling, or graying-out, form fields is a common feature in software applications, but is somehow missing from Acrobat and LiveCycle forms. Choose “PDF” from the drop-down list before clicking the “Save” button. I am guessing the creator of the form set security settings to not allow people to save filled out forms.

Make sure that you’re filling out your form using Adobe Reader and not X Pro and the “Reader Extended PDF” options were also greyed out. Adobe Acrobat is a family of application software and Web services developed by Adobe Inc. to view, create, manipulate, print and manage Portable Document. When you install Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, you can’t click Accept or Deny in the Software License Agreement dialog box.
